I only cut hair dry, in its natural state and do not offer any color or chemical services at this time.

A little note about Tips and Treats:

I am no longer accepting tips.

Please note that this is a personal decision, and does not apply to the other stylists in the salon.

I have Celiac disease.

I cannot accept any special treats :(

But I will take your backyard bananas, avocado and mangos :)

My Policies

I am firm about my policies, but always approach any issues with kindness and understanding.

I believe respect is a two way street. You’ll read below, how I compensate my clients’ time in the rare case that I am running behind or have to cancel last minute.

Don’t Be Late!

I carefully plan and co-ordinate my schedule to be on time for all my guests. When you show up late, I risk running behind on my day. If you are 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule with a late fee of 50% of the service booked that day before rescheduling a new appointment. If you are kind and respectful about it, I can at least offer a part of the service. If I’m the one running late on you, I will compensate you for your time.

Don’t Be Gross!

Please do not come in sick! If you are visibly sick or have a high temperature, you will be asked to leave the salon immediately and charged 50% of the service booked that day before rescheduling a new appointment.. Please give at least 24 hours notice so I can get someone in from my waitlist. If you must cancel last minute due to sickness, please see my 24 hour cancellation policy. I work hard to maintain a safe and clean space for everyone.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

I have automated email and text reminders about your upcoming appointment, which include a button to cancel easily if your hair appointment suddenly conflicts with your schedule, or you’re not feeling so hot, please be awesome and give me enough time to accommodate someone from my waitlist. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked that day before rescheduling a new appointment.

No Shows

I understand things happen, but if you simply do not show up for your appointment, I will require 100% of the total service price before you can make any appointments with me in the future. No show twice, and you will be blocked from my online booking system.
